Planning a wedding is not so easy but luckily we have some people in our lives supporting us as move closer to our special day.
Jeff’s Mom: From the beginning and up until now, she has been there for us through thick and thin. Offering us support in ways we can never imagine. Not only has she provided us with guidance but also love to the both of us. Without her, we would have been lost. Thank’s mom for everything you have done for us.

Chau’s sisters: Unbelievable love and support has been extended to us from Chau’s sisters. Everything from the bachelorete party, bridal shower and all of the little but important details that will make this wedding so special. Thank you Ngoc, Chan and Linh for all the support.

…not regularly, but I can see why people would after seeing the great work this boutique shop has done! Chau and I visited Shinmin Li’s cake shop this last weekend and left amazed with with her creativity and presentation. Definitely something I will refer onto my friends and co-workers for custom tailored cake design. Shinmin’s also got a a really nice set up in SF and takes appointments only but I think anyone can just cruise by and take a look. I can already tell that this will be an amazing cake, as Chau, Shinmim and Gloria, (our wedding designer/coord) complete the final details. With me not getting involved of course, (best advice for future grooms to be… “Let your fiancee lead the way with the finer details
) . You can read more about Shinmin Li’s extraordinary skills at her blog: http://sugar-moma.blogspot.com or visit her website which she mentions is under-going a re-design at: http://www.idreamofcake.com Thanks Shinmin for the great experience and we look forward to seeing the final product!!

We’re very happy to announce that we have found our officiant. It takes something special for a couple to choose the right person who will marry us on our special day. The person we picked had to have a lot of character, charm, wit and a loving personality… after a long process and meeting various people, we decided that the best person would be Jeff’s aunt, Ling!
We both love her to death and always enjoy her loving personality and perspective on life. Aunty Ling has also taken care of Jeff since a baby… as well as all the other cousins in his family.
Aunty Ling, thank you for giving us the opportunity to be married by you!
Love,
Chau and Jeff

After three long nights and hours of reading how wordpress works and this hacking this foriegn code… the site is officially up and running (soft launch, haha).
I’ll be migrating the site however into a new sub-domain, www.chauandjeffwedding.com or something to that extent. This will take some time as I’m not sure how this will work through my current domain. Linh or Jarod, if you’re reading this, I need your help! I’ll also be adding in sub-pages, family, bridal party bios - along with pictures and event details. So stay tuned!
To all, we’re very excited about our wedding day and celebrating this day with all of our family and friends.
Cheers,
C & J
